What is Supernova, exactly?
Supernova is an AI assistant for small and medium businesses, built on a shared memory of your clients, work, documents and decisions, fed by the tools you connect.
It doesn't just answer questions. It prepares real work — quotes, replies, reminders, minutes, orders — and asks the right person for the decisions only they can take.
How is it different from ChatGPT or another AI chat?
A chat tool waits for your prompt and gives you text. Supernova knows your company, works across your tools, produces the finished result and keeps a verifiable trail of what was actually done.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
Your data is stored on Google Cloud in the European Union. Processing stays in the EU; if a connection you choose requires an exception, it's shown to you before you enable it.
Inside your company, each person sees only what their permissions allow. Supernova staff don't access your content, except to resolve an issue you ask us to look into.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your content isn't used to train models, and requests to AI providers go through zero-data-retention routes. The memory Supernova builds for you stays yours.
What can it do without my approval?
It can read what you authorised, organise, draft and prepare. Anything irreversible or committing — issuing an invoice, ordering from a supplier, deleting, sending in your name without your opt-in — waits for an explicit approval by someone entitled to give it.
Which tools does it connect to?
Email (Gmail, Outlook), calendars, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, CRMs such as HubSpot, drives and documents — and the connector library keeps growing. Supernova can also work as your CRM if you don't have one.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes: native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, plus the web app. You can also talk to your assistant in Slack, Teams, by email and on WhatsApp.
How long does it take to set up?
Creating your space takes a few minutes. Supernova then learns from the tools you connect in the background, and tells you when it has enough context to take on a mission.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your data at any time. When you leave, erasure covers indexes, caches and derived data, and backups expire on a set schedule.
