Privacy notice
Last updated: 2026-10-23
This notice covers this website (getsupernova.app). The Supernova service has its own privacy notice, given to you before you create an account.
Who is responsible
Madsea SRL, Rue Souveraine 96, 1050 Ixelles (Brussels), Belgium, enterprise number 0686.655.674, is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. Contact for any privacy question: privacy@getsupernova.app.
What this website collects
Nothing beyond what is technically needed to show you a page. There is no form, no account, no newsletter, no analytics, no advertising and no social-media plug-in on this site. Fonts and images are served from our own server: your browser contacts no third party.
Technical data
To deliver a page, your browser necessarily sends technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our web server keeps no access log. The Google Cloud load balancer in front of it may keep minimal request logs for security and abuse prevention, for no more than 30 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
If you write to us
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and follow up on your request (legitimate interest, or steps prior to a contract you asked for). We keep this correspondence for up to 12 months after the request is closed, unless it becomes part of a contract.
Who receives the data
Only our hosting provider, Google Cloud EMEA Limited, as processor, with data stored in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and obtain a copy. Write to privacy@getsupernova.app; we answer within the legal time limits. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — see below.
Google user data
When you connect Gmail, Supernova asks Google for your basic profile (your name and email address) and for the messages of the inbox you connect, both their content and their details (such as sender, date and subject). It does this through these Google permissions (scopes): openid, email, profile, gmail.readonly and gmail.compose.
Why: Supernova uses this to prepare a reply to each new message, to learn your recurring answers for your own workspace only, and to save a reply that a person has reviewed and approved as a draft in the same Gmail thread. Nothing is sent without explicit human approval.
What we never do: Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never passed to third parties, except as needed to provide these features. The processors already listed in this policy (for example Google Cloud, which hosts Supernova in the European Union) handle it only for that purpose, with processing in the European Union. It is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Who can read it: no person at Supernova reads your Google user data, except with your explicit consent for a specific message, when needed for security (for example to investigate abuse or vulnerabilities), to comply with the law, or for internal operations on aggregated and anonymised data.
Keeping and deleting: this data is kept only while your Gmail connection is active. It is deleted when you disconnect Gmail or delete your workspace. You can also remove Supernova's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Supernova's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no similar technology (no local storage, no pixels, no fingerprinting). There is therefore nothing to accept or refuse.
